Chocolate for Chefs
This one-day course at our Wendover chocolaterie has been specially designed by the head chocolatiers at Rumsey’s Handmade Chocolates. It is aimed at those currently working as professional chefs who would like to learn more about working with chocolate specifically.
We will cover:
- Tempering chocolate
- Creating moulded chocolate figurines
- Ganache fillings
- Chocolate dipping
- Creating chocolate decorations (to enhance any desserts)
You will be working alongside our head of chocolate, Pawel, during this very practical “hands-on” training day with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Plenty of caffeine and cake breaks included to keep you full of energy.
We normally require at least 2 weeks’ notice to book in a date, although on occasion we can schedule something sooner.
