Excellent chocolates and great customer care.

The chocolate quality speaks for itself.
However due to an unforeseen error during the recent hot weather the chocolate arrived slightly melted. Customer services (Kate) kindly sorted this and send a replacement with an ice pack within 24 hr. Thank you.

Top Chocolates Always!!

Creating our own box of chocolates from Rumsey’s online is my ‘go to’ favourites. I chose exactly what we love & this time it’s a gift for Father’s Day.
However, as we all dip in my husband has to share!!
The chocolates are absolutely delicious & I’m often in the shop in Thame to buy treats for family & friends.
What would we do if Rumsey’s didn’t exist?!
