Chocolates haven't arrived

Ordered 13th December. Today, 23 December they still haven't arrived. Got message from Royal Mail to say they had gone to Clydesdale, Scotland then another to say they had accidentally been diverted to Mount Pleasant, EC1. Since then tracking has been unavailable.
