Superb!
In this world where a handful of something smaller than a sugar cube is supposed to make up a ‘box of chocolates’, it was a joy to open the Rumsey ballotin and plunge into your substantial collection. The fillings were varied and excellent.

Chocolates lovely, delivery not.

The time taken from order to delivery by Royal Mail is unacceptably long. Information regarding delivery from Royal Mail is inaccurate and inconsistent, minimum of 5 days from collection by Royal Mail to delivery in London is too long and if that period includes a weekend then it takes a week. Unlikely to use your service again while you remain with Royal Mail.
