Chocolate Heaven Course (Ages 16+)
The chocolate heaven course gives you a hands-on experience of being a chocolate chef. The session takes place in our Thame chocolaterie and lasts approximately 3 hours.
During your course you will watch a demonstration from one of our chocolate chefs before getting started and creating your chocolates. You will learn how to make your very own chocolate bars and chocolate figurine. We have lots of figurine moulds to choose from including owls, dolphins and frogs! After that you will pipe chocolate mendiants and chose decorations to garnish the mendiants. Whilst your chocolates are setting, enjoy a hot drink of your choice. Finally, you will wrap your creations ready to take home and enjoy!
