Front of House Staff – Join the Rumsey’s Team!

We’re looking for warm, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Staff Members to join us at Rumsey’s in Thame and Rumsey’s in Wendover. If you love great coffee, indulgent chocolate and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Rumsey’s Thame – WEEKEND ROLES ONLY
  • Rumsey’s Wendover – MID-WEEK+WEEKEND ROLE AVAILABLE

Pay: Minimum wage (up to £12.71 per hour) + tips

Shifts: Mid-week and weekend shifts available. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
  • Washing up and clearing tables
  • Serving delicious drinks, cakes, and handmade chocolates
  • Keeping the café clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Handling payments and working as part of a close-knit team
  • Creating a positive experience for every customer – every time

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Reliable and punctual
  • A team player who thrives in a busy environment
  • Hospitality or café experience is great, but not essential – we’ll give you full training
