Taste of Summer Gift Box

Our chefs have created seven delicious brand new chocolates, which can only be enjoyed in these limited edition summer boxes. But hurry, there are only 50 available! 

• What could be more summery than Pimms and lemonade in a ruby chocolate shell? A zesty lemon ganache sits above a jelly made with Pimms and fresh strawberries - picked by chef Jo and her little helper at Millets Farm.
• Sunshine flavours shine through in this lemony white chocolate, created by chef Jacob with its zingy lemon ganache and infused local lavender caramel. 
• We LOVE mango and so does our chef Isabelle! Bite into this swirling white chocolate shell to discover a sumptuous mango ganache her gooey mango caramel.  
• A dreamy pistachio and rose marshmallow, smothered in creamy milk chocolate and decorated with a crunchy whole pistachio and a delicate rose petal.  The rose syrup in this very special chocolate is freshly made from roses hand picked from a garden in our home town of Thame.
• A whipped Paté de Fruit of raspberry, balsamic and sea salt perfectly complements the richness of this shining dark chocolate, with its stunning cocoa pod shape
• Our chef Lotta handpicked the elderflowers for the ganache and whilst chef Jo picked gooseberries for the compote from Rectory Farm and created this exquisite dark chocolate, with its striking white design.
• Chef Sam has created the perfect trio of thick dark chocolate, nutty almond praline and deliciously sweet apricot ganache.
