UK Delivery Charges

Postage and packing for deliveries up to 1 kilo is £3.50. The delivery charge for orders weighing over 1 kilo (but less than 2 kilos) will be £4.50. Call us on 01296 625060 for orders exceeding this weight.

Correct Postal/Postcodes

We will deliver to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, you should check it using the Post Office finding service.

Overseas Deliveries

We do not normally deliver outside the UK, but, please contact Rumsey’s direct for additional postal rates abroad or if you have any queries regarding sending chocolates to other destinations.
